Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026.

1. Who provides this site

TimeClockCalc is operated by HEADON Kreativagentur, Onur Cirakoglu, Am Vogelsberg 8, 97922 Lauda-Königshofen, Germany. Full provider details are on the imprint page.

2. Free use

The calculators are free to use for personal and commercial purposes, with no account and no registration. You may print and export your own results and use them however you like, including in payroll and invoicing workflows.

3. No professional advice

This site provides general information and arithmetic. It is not legal, tax, accounting or payroll advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Wage and hour rules differ between federal law, state law, local ordinances and individual employment contracts, and they change over time. Statutory references on this site are given with a link to the official source so you can verify them; always check the current text and, where it matters, ask a qualified professional.

4. Accuracy and availability

The calculators are provided “as is” and “as available”. We take care to keep the math and the cited rules correct, but we do not warrant that results are free of error, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them for pay, invoicing or any legal purpose.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this site, including lost wages, incorrect payroll runs or lost data. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.

6. Your data

Your entries are stored in your own browser and are not transmitted to us. We cannot restore them if you clear your browser data, switch devices or use private browsing. Export or print anything you need to keep. See the privacy policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or reuse its content in a way that infringes our rights. The site’s design, text and code are protected by copyright; the results you produce with it are yours.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as the site develops; the current version is always the one published here. German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
